MLS® Data Updates & Integrations
Ontario (PropTX)
- PropTX MLS® Data Now Live in Ontario
The transition to PropTX MLS® data finished earlier this year! 🎉 This major integration replaced the data feed previously provided by TRREB, ensuring RealtyNinja customers in Ontario have uninterrupted access to listings and a host of new functionality. - VOW & Sold Listing Search Now Available in Ontario
With Virtual Office Website (VOW) functionality, prospective buyers can create password-protected accounts on agent sites, which unlocks additional listing details and historical MLS® sales data! - Automatic Listing Imports
An agents own active listings can now be pulled directly from PropTX and kept perfectly in sync – no manual work required. - 50+ Top-Level Regions Added
Buyers can specify listings using more Regions, in addition to Cities and Neighbourhoods. - 50+ New MLS® Data Fields
Listing detail pages show richer information, thanks to dozens of new data fields. - Open House & Live Stream Info
Open house and live stream event details are synced automatically. - Improved Search Dropdown Options
By default, only the “Types of Dwellings” dropdown appears in MLS® search forms, making the experience cleaner and easier for visitors. - Improved Listing Status Updates
Listings marked “Active Under Contract” display clearly. - More Precise Office Listing Control
Office-level control allows sites to show listings tied to a specific office ID instead of a broader brokerage name.

- GVR, FVREB & CADREB MLS® Data Feed Migration Complete
Customers in Greater Vancouver, Fraser Valley, and Chilliwack are running smoothly on the new MLS® data feed. - RAE Transitioned to Bridge MLS® Provider
The REALTORS® Association of Edmonton has moved to Bridge, and our integration is complete – all RAE customers are up and running.
