As we wrap up the year, we’re excited to share a major new feature release, along with several platform improvements and updates that have rolled out over the past few months.

❄️ Holiday Hours & Support Availability (Please Note)

Before we dive in, a quick note about our holiday schedule:

We will be closed from December 24, 2025 to January 4, 2026. We’ll be back and fully available on January 5, 2026

During this time, we’ll continue to monitor for emergencies only, but regular support responses will resume in January. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to plan any non-urgent requests accordingly.

🧲 Introducing Lead Capture Mode (Now Live)

We’re thrilled to officially announce Lead Capture Mode, a powerful new way to control how and when visitors are prompted to register for an account on your website.

This feature has been a long time in the making, and it’s something many of you have asked for. Lead Capture Mode allows you to strike the right balance between:

  • Providing a great browsing experience for buyers, and
  • Encouraging registration at the moments that matter most

We’re incredibly proud to be releasing this feature as we close out the year – and we believe it will become a key tool for agents who want more intentional, effective lead generation without compromising usability.

Here’s a look at how it works:

Prospective buyers often spend time browsing MLS® listings and performing MLS® searches on your site. Lead Capture Modes determine how proactively they’re prompted to register or log in to continue.

There are three modes to choose from – each with its own advantages and trade-offs. Each mode also has its own trigger conditions which tell it when to prompt for registration/login.

The new settings control the level of friction between casual browsers and more serious buyers, helping you strike the right balance between lead quantity and quality.

For example, using “Forced Lead Capture” mode will prompt visitors to register for an account before they can continue browsing MLS® Searches and/or MLS® Listings.

This mode would be best for agents running short-term ad campaigns or promotions who want to maximize lead volume and are comfortable trading off some engagement.

📍 Neighbourhood Insights on Every Listing & Building Page

Every listing and building page now includes a Neighbourhood Insights tab, giving buyers valuable context about the area surrounding a property.

This includes:

  • Nearby amenities like shopping, dining, and services
  • Schools and education options
  • Transit access, walkability, and commute insights
  • Lifestyle characteristics such as vibrancy, nightlife, and green spaces

By keeping buyers informed and engaged directly on your website, this feature helps create a richer, more immersive search experience. Read all about it.


⚡ Major Speed Boosts Across All RealtyNinja Websites

We’ve rolled out significant performance improvements across the platform to make RealtyNinja websites faster and smoother than ever.

  • Faster page load times (up to 70% faster)
  • Improved mobile performance
  • A more responsive browsing experience
  • Speed improvements that support SEO best practices

🕓 Extended Support Hours: We’re Now Open Earlier ☀️

To better serve customers across different time zones, we’ve expanded our support availability and now open earlier each day. RealtyNinja Support is now available Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time (9 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time).

This means faster responses and better coverage – especially for early-morning questions or time-sensitive needs.


⭐ Other Notable Improvements Include:

  • 🐞 Sold Listings Fix for GVR, FVREB & CADREB – We resolved an issue affecting how sold listings were displayed for GVR, FVREB, and CADREB boards, ensuring listing statuses are accurate and consistent going forward.
  • Cleaner, More Modern Listing Details Table – We refreshed the listing details table to improve readability, visual clarity and mobile responsiveness. It’s a subtle change that makes a big difference in everyday use.
  • Building Listings Now Sorted by Newest First – Listings within building pages are now automatically sorted with newest listings first, making it easier for buyers to find the latest opportunities at a glance.
