Prospective buyers can now look up a property by searching for its address (even a partial address), postal code or MLS\u00ae number. Super handy and long overdue. Here are just a few things to look forward to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Forced Registration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Since RealtyNinja\u2019s inception nearly 15 years ago, we\u2019ve received consistent requests for a \u201cforced registration\u201d feature\u2014where buyers can browse a limited number of listings before being required to provide their contact information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While we\u2019ve historically avoided this approach due to concerns about lead quality, we recognize the demand and are thoughtfully developing a flexible solution that includes three modes of lead capture:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Passive Lead Capture:<\/strong> Visitors can choose to register or inquire about listings without any prompts. This is the current mode.<\/li><li><strong>Active Lead Capture:<\/strong> Visitors are prompted to register when viewing MLS\u00ae searches or requesting more info about listings but can dismiss the prompt and continue browsing freely.<\/li><li><strong>Forced Lead Capture:<\/strong> Visitors must register or log in to view MLS\u00ae searches or individual listings, with no option to bypass the prompt.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To provide additional customization, you\u2019ll be able to set specific triggers for the registration prompt. These are the ones we&#8217;re currently exploring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Time spent on an MLS\u00ae search or listing page<\/li><li>Number of listings or searches viewed<\/li><li>Scroll depth on a page<\/li><li>Exit intent (when a user is about to leave the website)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This functionality is designed to empower you with maximum flexibility, ensuring your lead capture strategy aligns with your business goals. We\u2019re targeting an early 2025 release and welcome your feedback to refine this exciting new feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Front-end Widget Controls<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>With this update, you\u2019ll be able to directly access widget options and reorder widgets right from the page you\u2019re on. No more navigating through multiple steps like first clicking \u201cPage Layout and Widgets,\u201d and hunting for the right widget in the list. This streamlined approach eliminates the guesswork of matching widgets to their corresponding sections on your site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re really excited about this one! Here\u2019s a sneak preview:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-vimeo wp-block-embed-vimeo\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"mauer-narrator-wp-embed-wrapper\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Front-End Widget Controls (Preview)\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/1040564969?h=68ed01bb5a&amp;dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"1170\" height=\"731\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leads Dashboard<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>While we currently <a href=\"https:\/\/support.realtyninja.com\/category\/517-crm-integration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">integrate with CRMs<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/support.realtyninja.com\/article\/509-emailing-a-copy-of-leads-generated-from-your-website\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">send leads via email (with the option to BCC)<\/a>, many of you have shared how helpful it would be to have a centralized dashboard for viewing leads without leaving the RealtyNinja platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This new feature will provide you with an at-a-glance view of your lead inquiries, making it easier than ever to stay organized. We can\u2019t wait to bring this to you in 2025!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PropTX MLS\u00ae Data Integration: Starting with TRREB<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;re collaborating closely with both the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and PropTX to get their new MLS\u00ae data feed operational. Once that&#8217;s live, it will power all of the MLS\u00ae data for our Toronto customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shortly after, we&#8217;ll be expanding our PropTX MLS\u00ae integration to other areas in Ontario (including Ottawa). This will replace our existing DDF data feeds in those areas. More details to come early in the new year!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vancouver, Fraser Valley, Chilliwack &amp; Edmonton MLS\u00ae Data Integration with the Bridge Platform<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The MLS\u00ae data powering our websites that are with Greater Vancouver REALTORS\u00ae, Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, Chilliwack &amp; District Real Estate Board, and The REALTORS\u00ae Association of Edmonton (RAE) will also get an upgrade. They&#8217;re switching over to the Bridge Platform, and we look forward to seamlessly integrating data feeds for our websites. We&#8217;ll have more updates regarding those shortly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Lot More to Come<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Our product roadmap for 2025 is packed with exciting updates and improvements! From new ad types and enhanced AI tools to Zapier integration, and significant improvements in our MLS\u00ae search functionality <meta charset=\"utf-8\">\u2014 there\u2019s so much to look forward to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re working hard behind the scenes to bring you features that make your RealtyNinja experience even better.
