20% Off All Semi-custom Designs for November, New Design Option & Reimagined Semi-customs!

Stand Out Without Breaking the Bank or Reinventing the Wheel.

If you’ve been with us for a while, I’m about to blow your mind:

We launched our Katana platform four years ago!

Katana was our baby: our answer to innovation in the industry, ease and flexibility for our customers, and even more possibilities when it came to design. We’ve been able to achieve so much with the new drag and drop editor, and over the years the foundation that was set in 2017 has grown thanks to both customer feedback and our own experience. Check out our blog post from January 2018 that shows where we started and all the things we were excited about (which hasn’t changed)!

The efficiency that Katana allowed gave us the freedom to continue developing our skills and ideas. And we’ve had a lot of ideas about great designs for real estate websites! Through hard work and dedication our design team has taken the way that Katana serves us to new heights, and we can’t wait to see what 2022 brings to the web design industry.

But until then, we’re bringing you 20% off all semi-custom designs during the month of November 2021!

These sweet deals include:

  • Midori, a brand-new semi-custom experience
  • Revamped & reimagined semi-customs such as Kintsugi, Sakura, and Kurenai
  • Elevated touches to other semi-customs, such as even smarter styling code, animations, and optimized responsive designs

Meet: Midori

This brand new semi-custom design was created by our brand-new designer Carl! He brings years of web design & development experience to the RealtyNinja family.

We can’t wait to see how Midori looks with your branding and content. Find out more about Midori and see a live demo. We think you’ll love all the little touches and fine details.

How to order: If you’re an existing RealtyNinja customer with a launched site, you can order through the backend of your website under “Welcome > Theme Customization”. If you’re in trial, you can find it under “Step 2: Theme”. As always if you need help or have questions, you can simply get in touch and we’ll guide you in the right direction!

Coming Later This Month

Like previous years, we’re also taking this opportunity to share some tips and tricks for those interested in learning more about having an awesome website. Keep an eye out for another blog about typography (including what the heck it is), as well as a live webinar where you’ll be able to watch how a RealtyNinja website can be turned from default to delightful.

We are so thankful to all of our customers who have allowed us to explore and create new experiences for your site viewers. And to those we haven’t met yet: our small-but-mighty design team is excited to show you what we can do!

Hi Ramin! My name is Wayne Soroka, and my wife is Penny Isabel. You probably don’t remember us, but we worked with you briefly, probably nine years ago (!) when you had a small office in North Vancouver. Penny was starting as an agent with Sutton West Coast. Anyway, we live and work in Sayulita, Mexico, now and have a small brokerage with a handful of agents. We’ve been here for almost eight years (gasp) and only opened our brokerage about one year ago after our first 6 1/2 years working with a large brokerage in Puerto Vallarta. This message is too long, so I’ll cut it short. About a year ago we contracted with a company to develop our website, and it was a disaster. I have been popping into your site occasionally over the past few years, watching your growth and creativity with interest. Question one: do you fix WordPress website blunders, and can you or do you want to work with MLS feeds from out of Canada? You’ve now got our web address to have a cursory look at the mess it has become.

    That’s it for now.

I look forward to hearing from you whatever the case and offer congrats once again for your success! Best, Wayne.

Hi Wayne! I do remember :) It sure has been a while though!

I visited Sayulita a few years back and absolutely loved it. What a beautiful place to live/work.

Thank you so much for the kind words and years of support over the years! It means a lot. I really wish that we could help you with your WordPress website but it’s just not our expertise. WordPress can be a real headache (as you know of course) and it really needs its own kind of support. At the moment we only integrate with Canadian MLS’s, but we may be looking to expand into USA in the coming years. That being said you could always use RealtyNinja for your website and add/manage listings manually. It wouldn’t have the MLS search you have now, and it’s not as streamlined as having automated MLS integration but it could be worth the extra time to get off WordPress. If you’re interested just shoot us an email at info@realtyninja.com. Regardless, congrats on the business and best of luck with everything!
