What is RealtyNinja?
RealtyNinja is a pay-as-you-go website solution for real estate agents. It allows you to easily create your own full-featured, beautiful website that generates leads and saves time. Learn about all the powerful features our system has to offer by viewing our product tour.
Is it only for REALTOR®'s in British Columbia?
At the moment, only agents in the Greater Vancouver, Fraser Valley, and Chilliwack Real Estate Boards have access to our automatic MLS® features. Agents outside of those areas can use our system but manage their listings manually.
How long does it take to sign up and get online?
Signing up takes about a minute, then your site is online right away under a temporary domain, for example "name.realtyninja.com".
Can I use a custom domain name?
Absolutely, once you launch your website "live" it can be accessible from any domain (for example "yourname.com").
Can I edit the content on my website?
We have built a very intuitive easy-to-use editor that allows you to literally type right on your website and click "Save". There's zero technical knowledge required. Take a look at our tour for a video demonstration of editing your website.
Will I have to add my listings manually?
No, our system will automatically import your listings (and keep them up to date)... so you never have to enter your data into MLXchange and then again onto your website!
What about listings that aren't mine?
You can add as many reciprocity listings to your site as you want, whether they're yours or other agents. In the backend of your site; just enter the MLS® numbers and the listings with all their information and photos will be imported onto your website. Note that you cannot edit a listing if it is not your own, the listing office will be displayed, and that you must sign the MLS® Reciprocity Agreement to use these features.
Can I add more images, videos and text to listings on my website?
You can add more photos, videos and text to your listings if they are your own or if you manually add them to your website.
What If I want a custom theme?
We can create a custom RealtyNinja theme based on your needs, contact us with details on what you're looking for and we can provide you with a quote.
Can I use my own graphics?
Yes, you can easily add your own custom graphics and photos to any pages on your website, including your header area.
Can I "hot-swap" my design at any time?
You can quickly switch between available designs and variations. The content and pages don't change, just the overall theme.
Will there be more themes to choose from?
Yes, we will constantly be adding to the collection of themes and variations and they are accessible to all of our customers for no additional cost. Take a look at our theme gallery for more info on our current selection.
Can I make my own pages and sub-pages?
Absolutely, customize your website by adding as many of your own pages as you like.
What if I don't have my own domain name?
No problem, you can purchase your domain name from any domain registrar. If you don't know where to find one, try www.10dollar.ca.
Can I embed things like videos, social media feeds, etc.?
Yes, you can easily embed any third-party widget from services like YouTube, Vimeo, Wufoo, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Is it easy for people viewing my website to get a hold of me?
Every page has a "Request Agent Contact" button right on it as well as your contact information on the page. Your users are never more than one click away from getting a hold of you. Listing pages also include a form right at the bottom of the listing (that gets sent to you).
Will I be able to view my website statistics?
Your RealtyNinja website has full Google Analytics support that allows you to view detailed information on your website traffic and visitors.
Do you have a referral program?

Any hidden fees?
There are no hidden hosting fees or anything like that. There are also no paid unlockable features once you sign up. Additional services like custom designs are charged separately if you require them.
Any setup fees?
There are no setup fees. If you would like our team to setup your pages there may be additional costs involved.
How do I pay for my website?
Our accounts are paid with credit cards only.
Can I cancel any time I want?
Absolutely, you can cancel at any time. Just go to the "Account" tab once you're signed in to manage your account.
What about refunds?
Our service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
What if I need support?
We work best with e-mail but offer phone support Monday to Friday from 10am - 5pm. Visit the Support & Contact page for details. You can also click the "Help" button once you're signed into your RealtyNinja account for an expanding list of knowledge base articles, videos and helpful guides.
