When you sign up for an account, your website will be visible from a temporary address such as johnsmith.realtyninja.com. Once you want to go "live" (on a full domain name such as www.johnsmith.com) your free 30 days begins. You can take as long as you need to get it ready before its live, this gives you the flexibility you need and still benefit from a free 30 days of service.
Nope. Feel free to sign up and take it for a test drive. You only enter your credit card information when you launch your site (to start your free 30 days).
No, our system will automatically import your listings (and keep them up to date)... so you never have to enter your data onto MLS® and then again onto your website (available on supported real estate boards).
You can add as many reciprocity listings to your site as you want, whether they're yours or other agents. You can also display listings via MLS® number or by specific criteria (Niche MLS® Searches). Note that you cannot edit a listing if it is not your own, the listing agent's office will be displayed, and that you must sign the MLS® Reciprocity Agreement to use these features.
You have the ability to add additional photos, PDF files and a longer description on listings that are your own. You can also embed items such as YouTube videos and embeddable virtual tours.
