What is RealtyNinja?

I don't have time to set my website up, can you do it for me?
We want you to focus on what you do best, and that's real estate. Let our team of ninjas handle the set up of your new website, for free. When you sign up, there will be a simple questionnaire that gives our team the information we need to get your pages setup and nicely organized.
What if I already have a website that I spent a bunch of time setting up?
Our team can migrate your most important pages, searches and content over to your new RealtyNinja website for free. We want to make the process of switching as easy as possible, so we try our best to make the initial set up process as smooth and painless as possible for our customers.
Can I set things up myself if I wanted to?
You'll have a secure "backend" to your website where you can easily manage all aspects of your site without touching code or being a techie. Take a look at this demonstration video to see how easy it is to edit pages and content using our system. If you can use Word or write an email, you have all the skills needed to edit your website.
How Does the Unlimited Free Trial Work?
After you sign up, you can do everything (including order a free assisted setup) without paying. You only pay if/when you want to launch your website onto your domain name.
Can I see some real-life examples of people using RealtyNinja?

Is it only for REALTOR®'s in Canada?
At the moment, only real estate agents that are a member of these real estate boards have access to our automatic MLS® features. Agents outside of those areas can use our system but manage their listings manually and embed MLS® features provided by their board (if available).
Can I create a team site for more than 1 agent?
Yes, and we don't charge per additional agent on the site!
Will I have to add my own listings manually?
No, our system will automatically import your listings (and keep them up to date)... so you never have to enter your data onto MLS® and then again onto your website (available on supported real estate boards).
What about listings that aren't my own?
If you (and your managing broker) have signed the MLS® Reciprocity Salesperson Agreement (or your local boards equivalent) and it has been verified by your real estate board, then you may display reciprocity listings on your website. There is no limit to the number of listings you can display on your website.
Want to feature specific MLS® listings? It's as easy as entering the MLS® number in the backend of your website and all the listing information and photos will be imported and kept up-to-date automatically. You can also set up niche MLS® searches that automatically update multiple times a day.
Note that you cannot edit a listing if it is not your own, and that the listing agent's office will be displayed. We make sure your website follows display guidelines set by your real estate board.
Can I add more high-res photos, videos, PDF's and a longer description to listings on my website?
You have the ability to add high-res photos, PDF files and longer descriptions on listings that are your own (with no limits). You can also embed items such as YouTube videos and embeddable virtual tours right on a listing's page.
Can I make my own pages and sub-pages on my website?
Absolutely, you have the ability to add as many pages as you like and easily organize your pages and sub-pages (dropdowns).
Can I embed things like videos, social media feeds, etc.?
You can easily embed most third-party services that provide an embed code. For example YouTube and Vimeo videos, Wufoo forms, Facebook and Twitter feeds, live chat widgets, mortgage calculators, etc.
Is it easy for people viewing my website to get a hold of me?
We make sure to include a contact button on every page as well as your contact information clearly displayed. Your users are never more than one click away from getting a hold of you.
Will my website be mobile friendly?
All of our REALTOR® websites are mobile-friendly.
What if I want a customized theme that matches my brand?
Our design team can customize one of our standard themes to match your brand or specific look for an affordable one-time design fee. Click here for details and samples.
What if I have my own web designer? Can they customize my theme?
Yes, your web designer will have full CSS access and the ability to add/embed custom code and graphics.
Can I use my own graphics?
Yes, you can easily add your own custom graphics and photos to any pages on your website, including your header area. If you have existing website banner images we can help get them on your new website for free.
What if I want a completely custom-developed website?
RealtyNinja, by nature, isn't a completely custom website platform. We make sure to give you the flexibility you need over the design of your theme as well as the content on your pages, but the underlying framework cannot be modified. The features and functions are tied directly into the core system. Get in touch with us and we'll be able to tell you if our system is the right fit for your website project.
Do you offer branding and graphic design services?
We no longer offer professional branding and graphic design services. We've decided to focus on our core business of creating awesome websites that grow your business. Feel free to get in touch with us about your branding or graphic design project and we may be able to help you find a professional in your area.
What if I need a basic logo or new "look" for my website customization?
Our designers can work with you to create a new look & feel for your website that best represents you. We don't offer professional branding, but we can find a suitable font or color pallete for your website customization.
Can I host my RealtyNinja website somewhere else?
RealtyNinja is a hosted solution and cannot be hosted elsewhere.
Do I need to enter my credit card to try it out?
You can sign up and try our websites for free without entering your credit card info. In fact, you can do everything (including order a free setup) while you're in the free trial. We only ask for payment when you're ready to launch the website onto your actual domain name or if you want to order a design customization service.
Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees or hosting fees. There are also no paid-unlockable features once you sign up. Additional services like customized themes or advanced setups/migrations are charged separately if you require them.
Any setup fees?
There are no setup fees.
How do I pay for my website?
Our accounts are paid with credit cards only.
Can I cancel any time I want?
Absolutely, you can cancel at any time with the click of a button.
What about refunds?
Our service is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial service. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
Can I reduce my fee?

Is there a discount if I have multiple websites?
Yes, additional full websites for the same customer would be counted as a self-referral and follow our standard referral program.
What if I don't have my own domain name?
Will I be able to view my website statistics?
Your RealtyNinja website has full Google Analytics & Google Webmasters support that allows you to view detailed information on your website traffic and visitors. Contact us if you need help with this.
